Medication, hormone changes, caffeine, lack of sleep, dehydration, or stress can cause them. BHF answers: “Wearable devices and smartphone apps to monitor your heart rate are becoming increasingly popular. BHF answers: “Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is sometimes used interchangeably with early menopause. It can also be called premature ovarian failure.
